"First Huguenot Settlers in the Lehigh Valley" - by Charles Rhoads Roberts

I am looking for a publication entitled "The First Huguenot Settlers in the Lehigh Valley" - by Charles Rhoads Roberts. I am uncertain as to whether this was a stand-alone publication or if it was a part of "The History of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania." If anyone has this or has access to it, I am looking for the information and any sources it may show referencing Jean Philip Vesqueu (aka Wescoe). Thank you!
