Hello Will - I just do not understand why you don't receive my emails. Something of a mystery.
Although I have bits and pieces of the Christian b. 1696 line, it is sporadic. Quite numerous of his descendants are the Ackers found in Huntingdon Co., PA (later Blair Co.) by the 1800 census. I have not researched this group in detail, therefore cannot answer to each specific record. From another researcher I have Christian b. 26 Oct 1742, Preuschdorf d.bef. 19 Dec 1794, in Colebrookdale Twp., Berks Co. Married Elizabeth Fuchs on 25 Apr 1769, New Hanover Lutheran Church, now Montgomery Co., PA. She b. 5 May 1746, d. 19 Apr 1826 in Woodbury Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA buried St. John's Lutheran Church Cem. Williamsburg, PA. This would indicate she probably went west with one or more of her children after Christian's death. Their son Johannes b. 17 Mar 1771, Colebrookdale Twp., Berks (not indicated here where the record is found, but New Hanover Lutheran is a guess)is listed by the same researcher as married to Anna Maria, she b. 17 Jun 1766, d. 15 Dec 1828, Woodbury Twp, Huntingdon Co., PA at the same St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Williamsburg, PA. Some of the early census records do show members of the line in and around the town of Williamsburg, Huntingdon Co. Spellings I found were Acker, Ager, Ake, Ocker. Without researching all of the area records myself I cannot conclude that all belong to Christian Acker descendants, leaving open the possibility that some may belong to perhaps second cousins out of the Heinrich or Philip Jacob line. I do not want to draw unfounded conclusions without detailed research.
