It's aways better to confirm a connection then to do as so many do assume a connection. If your grandmother Margaret was born in Feb 1892 in New Castle I would say the chances are very great you have the right parents. It's a shame the death certificates and obits were of no help. One way around that would be to find the obits for her siblings and see if they mention her e.g. surviving sister Mrs James Clair. It's a possibility unless Margaret was the first to go. When you say obits were of no help I assume you include Catherine's in that.
Margaret's marriage license, which in Pennsylvania would have been recorded at the county Register of Wills, might have info on the parents. The info required in filling out the marriage license varied over the years. Hopefully you'll be lucky. Their marriage notice in the local newspaper might name the parents although most likely only the father's name.
If you have already tried all that the only recourse are church records which might have a baptismal record for Margaret. Check with the Lawrence County Historical Society and perhaps the New castle Library. Obits often mention what church they were members of. If no one has the records you'll have to contact the church directly.
