Does anyone have Margaret E Hoover Clair in their database? According to her death certificate she was born in New Castle on Feb 28, 1892 & her father's name was James Hoover/ mother unknown. There is a family in the 1900 census James H Hoover and wife Catharine with a 8 year old daughter Margarette. While I do have her obituary it does not contain the usual information, unfortunately. Are there birth certificates available in the courthouse for the 1890's? I would be grateful for any information or suggestions.
