CHARLES BLAIR (1753- DEC 1810)was married to MARY (IRWIN SMITH) BLAIR (1751-1796. He is buried at the Old Presbyterian Cemetery at Plaingrove. She is buried in modern Juniata County. His father was a JAMES BLAIR (verified by a filed public document dated in 1700s) about whom I know very little. Do you know more? My e-mail address is david.a.mccormick@gmail.com Thank you
