Piper & surname variations for Manor twp.

I am looking for Pipers and of course any variations of the name in Manor township Lanc. Co. The person I am interested in is Lucinda Piper who married Isaiah Daugherty from York Co. in 1854. I have the marriage record from the Lancaster Archives, but it does not list the parents for Lucinda. They were both living in Manor township at the time according to the Trinity Lutheran marriage records, and moved to York township, York Co.
I believe that Isaiah was in Lancaster Co. for awhile doing farmwork?
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
