Movie theatres, Scranton, PA

I would love to hear from old movie goers from the early 1960s. I'm writing my family's history and I want to include movie theatres that we went to in Scranton. I would love to hear their histories.
These are the theatres that I remember:
*Strand Theatre Cinerama….419 Spruce Street
*Comerford Theatre....270 Wyoming
*Ritz Theatre….222 Wyoming

I remember seeing the Music Man back in May of 1962 and it was shown on a big rounded screen. I found that the Strand was the only Cinerama theatre in Scranton.

Do you remember seeing the movie at the Strand? I thought the theatre was bigger then the Strand. I hope some one can help me solve this mystery.

I would love to find a web site with photos of these long gone theatres.
