The Register of Wills Office doesn't require a date, only the $25 fee (most other counties charge much less, more like $5 for a modest search).
The death record should have her cause of death and where she is buried, but I believe it won't have the parents' names. County death records generally didn't give the parents' names unless it was a child. However, because her death may have been recorded in a city death record it might possibly have the parents listed.
You could also try the Genealogical Research Society of Northeast Pennsylvania in Olyphant. They most likely have records and indexes the library doesn't. Her obit might list siblings, although back then most obits were little more than death notices. They might also have church records either of her baptism or her death. They might also be able to find a burial place. The cemetery she is buried in may have some helpful data in the records.
