A cousin, Brian COSTON, was in a vehicle accident in the mountains somewhere. He was taken to the Community Medical Center in Scranton where he died or was pronounced dead.
I have a copy of his obituary, but there is no news article in the small town where he lived, Dingman's Ferry, PA. I wonder if there is a news article about the accident in the Scranton newspaper.
He was driving a truck with an attached trailer. His 20 year old son was with him. The truck lost its brakes and he and the son had to jump to keep from going over the cliff. His son jumped far enough, but he didn't clear the tires and both vehicle ran over him. The son has MS.
I do not know the exact place where the accident happened.
This is the family story. Would the state police or a local police department or perhaps a ranger official investigate an accident in this area? A newspaper article, though of lesser value, would be fine. This is for documentation, only.
Identification might be that he owned his own business and he was considered an expert landscaper and his widow is a real estate agent.
