Humphrey/Stutts family in Fermanagh, Juniata Co.

My great grandfather was William Lucian Stutts born in PA in 1852. He first appears in a 1870 Fermanagh census, along with his 2 brothers and sister, living in the house of Jacob and Hannah Humphrey. The Stutts children are listed as boarders. I am wondering if anyone knows of these families and is it possible that Hannah Humphrey was their mother and Jacob their step-father? There is a possibility that their biological father was Joseph Stutts. If so, when did he die and is there any other information on William Lucian's parents.
Thank you for any help.
Carolyn Stone
