My grandfather Elmer Arnold (Lack Twp., Juniata County)had a half sister named Minnie born about 1874. She appeared to be married to WIlliam Hurrell in 1900 and my GF (who was born in 1887) was living with them. William was born in Feb. 1854 and married Minnie in 1890. (She was only 16 at the time, so he was 20 years older than her).
She was not married to him in 1910, but I think he was still living when my Dad (born 1920) was old enough to hunt, because Dad remembers meeting him once)He would have had to have been 75-80 years old at that time. I don't find him anywhere in the census records after 1900 nor do I know where he is buried. If you have any more on him, I would appreciate whatever you have as well.
