Lost Creek Mennonite Cemetery

I have ancestors buried in the Lost Creek Cemetery, Mifflin Twp, Juniata County, However there seems to be multiple Lost Creek cemeteries one Mennonite and one Presbyterian. Are they perhaps one and the same? Is the cemetery divided by persuasion?
