I am a 8th gen descendent of Jacob Hertzler, b. Switzerland 1703, d. 1786 near Hamburg, PA. In reference to a Dr Hertzler m. to a Sulouff in Juniata Co, I am not able to locate any Hertzler married to a Sulouff in the book "The Hertzler-Hartzler Family History" copyright 1952 by Silas Hertzler, Goshen College, Goshen, IN, of which I have a copy. This is a 773 page book with a lot of family history and many, many descendents. I know the Mifflin Co Historical Society has a copy of it. They also have a copy of a book titled "The Other Hertzler Family" which may be helpful to you. The other Hertzlers you mentioned are in the first book. I hope this will help you in your quest to find the particular Dr Hertzler you are searching for.
