The 1910, 1920 and 1930 censuses show John Sayers as born ca 1873, wife Jeannette born ca 1874 and son Darwin born ca 1908. Each shows John as a physician or surgeon living in Reynoldsville.

The Social Security Death Index lists Darwin Sayers born 29 Aug 1908, died July 1968 and last lived in Reynoldsville.

Since he was a doctor I figured he was probably one of the prominent men in the community. There is a nice write up and picture of him at this link. It's in PDF form and unfortunately it is on two large files. He is on the last two pages of the first and the first page of the second.
