Hi Jean,

Unfortunately, there is no 1890 Census. It was destroyed in a fire in the Department of Commerce Building in Washington, D.C. in 1922. Only scattered fragments of the records were saved, and, as far as I know, none is from Pennsylvania.

About the best you can hope for would be a County Directory for the period around 1890. Try contacting the Jefferson County Historical Society in Brookville, PA or try this link:
