John H. Stoner (1843-1863) - Civil War soldier

I'm looking for information on a Civil War soldier, Pvt. John H. Stoner of the 149th Pa. Vol. Infantry. He was born on or about May 27, 1843. His military service record shows him being born in Blair County, but Blair County wasn't formed until 1846, so he was likely born in Huntington or Bedford Counties. In particular, I would like to find out where he was born, who were his parents, and where he was buried.
