England / Ingand / English Family of Pennsylvania and Ohio

I'm trying to determine the parents of 3 Englands that I am convinced are siblings.
1st. is Isaac England who was born 1779 in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
2nd. is Asa England who was born Mar. 5, 1787, also in Huntingdon Co., Pa.
3rd. Is Rebecca England who was born Oct. 13, 1793, also in Huntigdon Co., Pa.
All three of these Englands married their spouses in Fairfield County, Ohio.
All three of their spouses were also born in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
All three of their spouses were first cousins to one another.
Isaac, B. 1779 married Prudence Chilcoat on Sept. 4, 1809 in Fairfield Co., Ohio.
Asa, B. Mar. 5, 1787 married Prudence McCrill ( Mackeral )
on June 4, 1809 in Fairfield Co., Ohio.
Rebecca, B. 1793 married Elijah C. McCrill ( Mackeral )
on November 7, 1811 in Fairfield Co., Ohio.

Some have claimed that Isaac, Asa and Rebecca are all children of John England Abt. 1747-1799 and his wife Mary Webster of Goochland County, Virginia. I believe this is an error, and so far no one has come forward with proof that John and Mary are the parents.

In looking at the 1790 census for Huntingdon County Pennsylvania, I find two possibilities. 1st. is Samuel English, the other is William Ingad ( or similar spelling ) I think William looks to be a little more promising as on the same page I find the Chilcoats and McCrill's living nearby.
Does anyone have any information on Isaac, Asa and Rebecca? How about Samuel English or William Ingad?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Stan Edmunds
