Can't say for sure if there is a match but a possible place to look. I have 3 Samuel Rineharts in my database. One of whom may fit with yours. Rinehart is not a family I'm researching but this did intermarry with my Hughes'.

Samuel Rinehart, no dates has a borther Jesse. They are the children of Samuel and Amelia Rinehart. Her dob is 1780. Samuel Sr., is the son of Simon Rinehart and Sarah unknown. Simon was born about 1750, married in 1772, died in 1781. Samuel is apparently the youngest child, the next older brother (Barnett) was born in Auguest 1777 giving a possible dob for Samuel between 1778 and 1782. Given the age of the children the Orphans court recording for Greene County should have a listing.
Simon is th eson of Johan T. Rinehart d. 1793 and Anna Marie.

As I say, don't know for sure if that's your Samuel, but possibly.
