There are two Charles McClelland's (father and son) listed on the 1880 census for Greene County on www.familysearch.com. You may want to check this out since you have no birth date listed in your message.

The 1860 and 1870 Greene County census is listed on line. Without knowing what town/township they lived in, it would take too much time to check it out. You can go to www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/pa/greene/census/1860 and also 1870.
