Anna Howard, b. Aug. 10, 1895 , dau. of Joseph and Embarka Michael Howard, d. Feb. 22, 1989. Anna married Aug. 20, 1912 to James Oakley SPROWLS. James d. April 24, 1969. SSDI states that James Sprowls was born Feb. 25, 1890. Anna and James lived in Waynesburg.
1900 James Sprowls is in W. Finley, Washington Co.,PA (should be age 11, but is listed as age 9). He is living with the James and Olie MOUNTS family - his birthdate is listed in 1900 as Dec. 1889.
I am searching for the parents of James - Anna and James had daughter Catherine, who married William Webster.
Any leads greatly appreciated - an obit for James Sprowls would be greatly appreciated.
