Since Ruff's Creek is the watercourse on which my Nathaniel Donham and William Lee lived am most interestd in your John/Johns. I have a curious will in VA that states in one part William John and then William John Lee. I have the Johns in some of my Quaker minutes and more and more am finding connections back to Bucks Co. PA.
FYI
Jane Bell d/o Nathaniel b. 1759 m. Thomas Wolverton. (Rose from pvt. to Col. in Rev. was w/Ezekiel Rose; moved to Preble Co. OH)
