Ehtel Walker or Frank Church info

I am trying to find any information I can about my great grandmother. Her name was Ethel Marie Walker. She was born on April 22, ? in Virgina. Married Frank(maybe Franklin) Joseph Church. Frank was a barber in Mather and in Waynesburg. They lived in Greene County, PA and had two children. Sally Church, who died at the age of 16 months from pnemonia. Sally would have been born around 1930. They had my grandfather, William Joseph Church, on May 23, 1933. Frank and Ethel divorced when my grandfather was little. Ethel went on to marry Bill Basinger who already had two children, Bobby and Quanita Basinger. I'm not sure if Bill died or they divorced but Ethel ended up marrying a man by the name of Ernest Sagges. Ethel died in 1992 in Waynesburg, PA. I am trying to find out anything I can about her parents or siblings. I am also trying to find any info on her first husband, Frank.
