Akers family, Fulton Co.? lookin for Benj. F. Akers

Would appreciate help in finding Benjamin Franklin Akers of PA. He married Jane Galen who was born abt. 1797. Benj. did not come to IA. Jane came to IA with her family and settled near Marion, Linn Co., IA. She is in the 1860 census. I find a Samuel Akers next door in Jones Co. Samuel was born 1796 son of Uriah. Did she come with him? Was he a cousin? Benj. was not a brother to Samuel as Samuel's family is well documented on Family Search. Thanks for whatever can be done.
