Note of Thanks to the people of Amaranth and Warfordsburg

Just wanted to send a little note of "Thanks" to the wonderful people of Amaranth and Warfordsburg in Fulton County, PA.
Recently, my mother and I took a genealogy trip to Amaranth, where my grandfather, Marion Mellott, was raised.
We were looking for his aunt and uncle's old farmhouse, which was a fond memory of my mother's. The old farmhouse belonged to Scott and Emma Mellott Smith.
We found the farmhouse with the kind and generous help of the local people and an old 1920 map of Fulton county, which showed the names of the property owners.
Once we got to the house, the current owners invited us in. They were wonderful people, that my mother and I will never forget. They had known Scott and Emma Smith and were able to tell us many interesting stories.
Thank you for a very memorable trip.
