I'm not related and I assume you mean the Joseph Myers married to Lydia.

I believe you mean he was born April 7:

His WWII draft card shows his name as Joseph Roy Myers and that he was born West County, MD which I believe is in Anne Arundel County.

Joseph and Lydia appear in the 1930 through 1910 censuses living in Montgomery County, Franklin County. They were married ca 1908. Joseph was born in MD as were his parents.

The 1900 census of Warren Twp., Franklin County has this family:

Dan R. Gladhill, born May 1872 in MD, married 4 years
Harriet, born March 1862 in MD
Roy Myers (son of Mrs), born April 1887 in MD
Jenore (daughter of Mrs), born June 1890 in MD
Bruce (son of Mrs), born Aug 1892 in VA
Clarence Gladhill (son), born Jan 1891

I could not find anyone other than Joseph in any other census.

Some of these records you can look at for free at and For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.

I suggest getting Joseph's death certificate from the PA Dept of Health. It should list parents. I also suggest getting his obituary which may also list any surviving siblings. His marriage record may have data on his parents. I would imagine he got the license at the Franklin County Register of Wills. Check with the Franklin County Historical Society to see if they can help you.
