Her death may have been recorded at the Franklin County Register of Wills. Deaths in Pennsylvania were recorded at the county level from 1893 to 1905. However, not all deaths were recorded because it wasn't strictly enforced. Her death may have also been recorded in a church registry. Check with the Franklin County Historical Society to see if they can help you.

BTW many of these county records were microfilmed by the Mormons and you can request copies at any LDS Family History Center anywhere.
