My Great Grandfather was Carl Barry PRITCHARD (8 Mar 1884 - 21 Mar 1958) from Connellsville, Fayette County, PA. I know Carl married Pearl SUTTLE (26 Sep 1886 - 3 Sep 1971) -- unsure of marriage date. I thought this was his only marriage, but according to a web site I recently stumbled across (http://hangar6.aeneas.com/MosesMcC.pdf), Carl was also married to an UNKNOWN name, who was born in 1882 and died on 26 Aug 1904 in Connellsville.
I know the Fayette County Courthouse has deathrecords through 1905 and marriage records starting prior to 1900. I would GREATLY appreciate anyone who is making a trip to the courthouse for research to look for a marriage record for Carl PRITCHARD sometime before 26 Aug 1904 (my best guess would be he married in either 1904 or 1903, given his age). If you locate it and find the name of this unknown wife, I would be DOUBLY grateful if you could look up her death record to find out more about her and the cause of her untimely death.
I know I have enjoyed the honor of helping others when I was fortunate enough to make the trips to courthouses, and I appreciate anyone who is able to help me at this time.
