I almost fell off of the couch last night while watching Antiques Roadshow. They were filming in Orlando and a man brought in some sort of deed from 1787 for land in Fayette County. It had Benjamin Franklin's signature on it and was valued from $5,000-$7,000.
The link below shows a copy of the document and the interview. Someone with better skills than I have might be able to get the doc to a point where you could read it. Zooming makes the print get progressively lighter.
