Looking for descendants of Capt. John McClean's company from Fayette County. My ancestor, Barrick Murphy, was in this regiment stationed at Erie, PA prior to the battle on Lake Erie, which Oliver H. Perry won. Some names from this unit are: Robert Rankin, Hugh Campbell, James Patrick, Thomas Lewis, William Shaw, John Edwards, William Boyd, Elija Johnson, and Moses McCormick. Others are listed in the PA Archives. I am anxious to hear from anyone who is connected to this company. Thank you. Sharon Murphey Baker
