You really have done a lot of work. Have you checked the estate probate records for other Hendersons in Greene, Washington and Fayette Counties? The books that index wills are *only* relevant for testate estates, which were a minority. Often when the estate records themselves do not give all heirs, the gaps can be filled in by identification of who sold the ancestor's land. Where an administrator sold the land, often the deed itself will list the heirs.
I do not know anything material about the various Hendersons in the area. Have just run across the surname here and there.
