Kepler, Swartz, Larmour, Samrau in Erie Co PA

I'm looking for a family named Kepler, who lived in Girard, Erie PA. Vivian age 5 in 1930 census, is who I am looking at. Did she marry Ralph Samrau? Her parents were Ebner and Ruth. I think Ruth was a Swartz. She was found in 1920, as a dau, but listed as a Swartz, in the home of Andrew and Carrie Larmour, but in 1910, this looks like her, in the same place, Carlisle, Ward 1, Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
