I find no record of a Job Carr being buried in Fox Twp., Elk Co., PA. He isn't on the 1850 census of Elk Co., PA either, so he must have come here after 1851. The earliest families in the Kersey area of Elk Co., PA (Clearfield County before 1843) came here circa 1817 of so. Many of the earliest settlers were Quakers from York Co., PA.
