Charles L. Kellogg dentist Ridgway PA

I'm looking for information on Charles Listern Kellogg, dentist, who was living in Ridgway PA approx 1882-1892.

He is listed in the History of Elk Co. PA as C.L. Kellogg, son of Ira Kellogg and Rebecca Vinton. He was a Baptist and I believe a member of the Temperance Movement.

To the best of my knowledge he died in June 1892. His widow, Addie Theresa Kellogg and daughters, Nina and Ethel(?) moved to Jamestown NY after his death.

A cousin, Arthur Everett Kellogg or Athur Platt Kellogg may have come to Ridgway after Charles' death to run the dental office.

I have been unable to find a burial location for Charles Listern Kellogg. Any help appreciated.
