States: Pennsylvania: Delaware
Deaths in Pennsylvania from 1893 to 1905 were recorded in each county in which the person died. If you contact the Register of Wills of Delaware County they should be able to tell you if they have a death record for the person you seek. I'm not sure what they charge now for a copy but I think they only charge you for a copy if they find it.
The problem is not all deaths were recorded so even if they died in that county it doesn't mean their death was recorded. These deaths were a register of deaths rather than individual death certificates, but they usually have much of the same information except they usually only recorded the parents' names if it was a child (and sometimes not even then).
