Hi Pamela
I have buriels at Old St. David's in Radnor before 1900 and the only Haley is John Haley, died 7,20,1856 in 49th year. Sorry I could not help. However, at the Delaware County Historical Society, they have the Chester times newspaper on microfilm since you have the date, they might look it up for you if you call.
