Where is Confederate Cemetery in Chester PA?

I'm trying to locate the burial place of my gr-gr grandfather, Pvt. David M. Bailey of Co. H 35th GA Infantry, who is according to the Roster of the Conferate Soldiers of Georgia buried in Grave #108 in the Confederate Cemetery in Chester PA. Does anyone know where this cemetery is located? I assume that it may be on the grounds of the military hospital that was at Chester during the Civil War. David Bailey was taken POW at Gettysburg and moved to the POW camp at Ft. Delaware. He was one of many who took sick in a measles epidemic that swept through the POW camp, and he was moved to the military hospital at Chester PA where he died.
