SKS found George and Mary Swigert in Middle Paxton, Dauphin Co. in 1850 for me.

Can anyone tell me how far back marriage and birth records are recorded for this area, or for PA in general?

I'd be looking for George W. Swigart/Swigert/Swegart/Swiger (or other similar spellings) and Mary Kennedy (or Cannady/Cannaday) being married before 1839.

I'm also trying to find out birth info for son Joseph b. May 1839 +/-, son jeremiah b. Feb 6, 1851 +/-, daughter Sarah J. b.~1855, daughter Catharine b.~1859.
