Recently found a photograph of Thom Honeywell of Meadville Pa. among family papers. The photographer was J. W. Sires of South Oil City Pa. On the back is written "Mother's cousin on her father's side." I found photographer Sires in the 1900 census age 67 living in Venango County. Checking through census records there has been a Thomas Honeywell in census records in 1870, 1880 and 1920. The photograph was in the personal papers of Sarah Hodgson, the daughter of John Hodgson. If the note is correct he would be a cousin of John Hodgson who was a farmer in Crawford County in 1860. John was born in England and after the death of his first wife (Sarah Pultock) married Almira Plaw of Meadville. Other family names were Lyon, and Dewey. Hopefully someone will recognize these names. Will exchange information. Thanks.
