According to Beers 1915, page 783, John H. Quick was born in 1789 in Warren Co., NJ and moved to Montour Twp., Columbia Co., PA in 1831 and died in 1852. His wife Elizabeth Moore was born in 1791 and died in 1850. Both are buried in the Rosemont cemetery in Bloomsburg. John & Elizabeth had the following children: William Grier, Rosetta, Mahala, Charles, John G., Sarah, Hester, Catherine and Susan.
Rosetta Quick, daughter of the above John & Elizabeth, is reported by Beers 1915 to be the wife of Elias Dietrich. According to the census data I have been able to find, Elias was born about 1815 and Rosetta was born about 1816 and they resided in Montour Twp., Columbia Co., PA in 1850 and 1860. In 1870 Rosetta and four of her children were residing in Chillisquaque Twp., Northumberland Co.
I'm trying to determine the parentage of the above Elias Dietrich. Any help would be appreciated.
