Laughlin in Centralia

I have learned that my Laughlins are from Centralia in Columbia Co.

My line is :
William Laughlin b. 1843 in Canada & Bridget b. 1843 in Ireland
James F Laughlin b. 1870 & Elizabeth Chapman b. 1871
William James Laughlin b. 1897 & Florence May Wetzel (later remarried to John Maurer) b. 1902 in Lavelle, Pa.
Edward Joseph Laughlin b. 1928, my grandfather.

All of these Laughlins were born in Centralia. The first William had 7 kids. They are on the 1880 Centralia Census with the age in that year: John, 14; James, 10; Thomas, 8; Mary, 6; Edward, 3; Charles, 3.

I just wonder if anyone has any ties to these folks or any more information that would help me. I would like to trace my line further back, if possible, and find other relatives.

Jay Laughlin
