I recently discovered my g-g-g-grandparents were Robert and Ann Walsh/Welsh of Centralia, PA. They came from Ireland to Philadelphia in the early 1800's. Sometime between 1852 and 1860, they move to the Minersville/Cass Twp area of Schuylkill County. By 1870, they are living on Paxton Street in Centralia, PA.

They had at least seven sons:

William J. m. Julia (Maiden name unknown)
Patrick m. Elizabeth (Maiden name unknown)
Joseph m. (1) Julia Cavanaugh (2) Margaret Brennan Keating
Robert (b. circa 1845. Believe to have died sometime between 1850 and 1860)
James m. Ellen Riley/Reilly
Edward m. Mary C. (Maiden name unknown)
Lewis (Never married)

There may also have been a daughter named Mary.

Robert died in 1890 and I believe Ann died in 1893.

Would like to chat with any other descendants and share info.
