The original records and a read only computer database are with Dave Wallace, president of the Highland Cemetery Association.

The database contains burial, purchase and Veterans' records. Dave can use these to find things for you. However, the database is incomplete as the lot purchases and burial records from the mid-1950's to 1972 are missing, lost in the Agnes Flood of June 1972.

There is also a "cemetery reading" booklet at the Ross Library in Lock Haven. It is a compilation of data read off the graves in the cemetery. It is in the historical archive room there. There are also many county records, from funeral home archives to microfilms of local newspapers and a neat card index of names and events from those papers. Not all years are in there yet.

Dave Wallace may be reached at 748-5080
