Where are Allison/Castanea Twps in 1870 census?

I'm trying to locate a couple that was in Allison Twp. in the 1840/50/60 censuses and in Castanea Twp. in the 1880 census. I cannot find them in the 1870 census.

I have subscriptions to the census at both Ancestry.com and Genealogy.com, but neither one has census page images for Allison Twp. or Castanea Twp., at least none labeled as such. The 1870 census extraction at the Clinton County PAGenWeb site doesn't show pages for these townships, either.

Are those pages lost? Are they under a different name?
