KELLEY Census lookup, please. Tylersville, Clinton Co, PA

I am looking for information about the family of a John & Elinor (Walton) Kelley, who are believed to have lived in Tylersville, PA after 1836.

In an obituary for their son, William H Kelley, there is a line that says;
"In 1836 he migrated with his parents to Tylerville, Pennsylvania, where he made his home up to 1849, when at the age of 16, he accepted an apprenticeship on a merchant vessel and made his incipient sea voyage to Liverpool, England."

I have checked and believe it is Tyler(s)ville.

Does anyone have census for that area for those years?

I also am assuming John & Elinor Kelley and their other children, Edmund & Ann (Eliza), may have continued living there for some time, after Wm left in 1849.

I would really appreciate some help on this. Thanks!
