I have been trying to find the parents of James Nichols.
He was born in 1853 in Osceola Mills. He married Teressa Henderson, d/o Wm.H. and Eliz. "Mays" Henderson, in abt. 1870. They had 4 boys;William,b abt 1871,m. Catherine Coudriet; John,b.1875,m.Minnie Shinafelt; Herbert Goss,b 1886;Paul, b 1890,m. Adeline Woodring. All lived in or near
Osceola Mills and Centre County.
James d. 04 Sep 1891 and is buried in Umbia Cemetery,(no Marker)Osceola Mills.
I don't know where Teressa is buried, she died Aug 1911.
In the bio of Sam. T henderson, Teressa is listed as widow of J. Nichols. I cannot find any thing else on him or his parents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
