We have now formed a Historical Society for Irvona. At one time I had thought that there was nothing out there on our town but we are gradually getting information, pictures and artifacts to display. We are at the present time trying to fix up the Borough Building to show the things we have been given. If all goes well we will have some things ready for the Irvona Car Show in June and hopefully have someone interested to come and see what we have done.
If anyone out there has information or pictures that they would like to share we would appreciate using them. We are presently making picture books of the towm to sell.
