Yes, there's a Clearfield Library which has a very nice research room with books and other treasures for the researcher.
Also, you may want to visit the Clearfield County Historical Society. It's closed for the winter months but will reopen in the spring. They had a lot of data and a very friendly staff of volunteers to help.
If you would llke the addresses and directions to both of these places, email me and I will be glad to help you. Clearfield is my hometown, I was born and raise there.
