Court of Common Pleas Records

Would like some information on whereabouts and availabilty of records for Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas, circa 1880. Have found reference to a case in a deed that resulted in a sheriff's sale of property, and would like to get information from proceedings. Wrote to Courthouse but they referred me to Historical Society - their website does not include Court Records as one of the things they search. Checked PA Archives and they do not list them as being in their repository. Also checked LDS library listings; they have a miscellaneous court records listing, but it does not appear to include Common Pleas records.
Would greatly appreciate any information anyone could give me on this record group.

Thank you for reading my query.
