Justin Billotte's place of burial
Posted by: Cathy Yorio (ID *****2963) Date: October 29, 2013 at 11:32:45

The obituary of Justin Billotte states that he was buried in the cemetery "in connecton to the church". The church's name is not given but it says "the funeral will be held from the Catholic church Frenchville." The only catholic church in Frenchville is St Mary's and the cemetery is named the same. I have never seen a marker for his grave nor his wife's, Catherine Sophia Conaway Billotte, in St Mary's cemetery. Hoping that someone might shed some light on this. Thank you.
Justin died 12 Feb 1907.
