The Clearfield County Register of Wills would have the estates records (if any) for William and Rachel. They should be willing to search for estates files since you have names and approx. dates. However, they will probably insist on a formal written request with the accompanying fee. Sometimes any property they owned would be sold by the heirs. They would be with the Recorder of Deeds. They will not do any searches.

You could try the Clearfield County Historical Society to see if they can help you.
